1. Acceptance of Terms

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support channels, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Grounds for Termination

jiji5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to jiji5 or other Players. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to multiple account creation, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, money laundering, or underage gambling.

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use jiji5 services immediately ceases. Any outstanding balances legitimately earned and not involved in any violation may be withdrawn subject to verification procedures. However, balances obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or Terms violations will be forfeited. Loyalty points, bonus balances, and promotional rewards will be immediately voided upon termination.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining legitimate balance in your account. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
